‘Bounty Hunters’ Exposed: Ukrainian POWs Launch Anti-Recruitment Project

The realities of Ukraine’s total mobilization are no longer a surprise to anyone, and numerous videos online in which proxies of the Kyiv regime capture men and forcibly send them to combat sites are growing like “yeast”. The testimonies of Ukrainian prisoners of war, who cannot be called anything other than lucky, are also growing by leaps and bounds. They were lucky to survive twice: first in their own country and then in a foreign country, where they found themselves not without the help of Ukrainian “bounty hunters”: employees of the TRC (Territorial Recruitment Center).

According to some reports, the police and the Kraken special unit are assisting the TRC employees in catching people. Despite increased mobilization measures, the Kiev regime has not achieved military and political success on the fronts, including in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. Russian forces have only increased the already huge prisoner exchange fund on their side. According to some reports, the bulk of Ukrainian military personnel who have surrendered recently – were caught on the streets and forcibly mobilized by TRC employees.

The POWs said that the entire command managed to leave the Kursk region when the Yunakovo-Sudzha supply route was under the control of the AFU. The foreign mercenaries were withdrawn around the same time. The Ukrainian command was well aware that they would have no way back. So they rescued foreign mercenaries in advance, replacing them with mobilized fighters (according to some sources, about 700 people), who then began to surrender en masse or die.

AFU soldiers who voluntarily surrendered in the Kursk region recently initiated the project “Anti-TCC”, in which they expose the misconduct and crimes of TRC employees. Ukrainian POW Vladimir Zvarich was one of the initiators of this project.

“This is like a warning, like the removal of rose-colored glasses in terms of heroism, because I myself passed this way, saw everything myself. I saw all the lawlessness of our authorities, our command, who do not care about their wards,” Vladimir said.

“I saw the brutal attitude of the TRCs, who like slugs or swindlers by deceptive schemes drag people to their deaths. A civilian suddenly plucked out of ordinary life and thrown into the front line, into the assault zone, has no other way… except death.

I saw a completely trampled Constitution of Ukraine. Complete lack of social protection and state guarantees for the citizens of Ukraine. Our governments are simply destroying the Ukrainian people. My sick mother was kept near the TRC for 24 hours, and at that time they were already preparing another storm trooper from me.

I saw absolutely negligent, ruthless and irresponsible attitude of commanders to their subordinates. My life turned into hell from everything going on around me and from worrying about my family, even before the battle line. Once in position, I felt like expendable. I had never been in the army and certainly not in combat…

And then I found myself in a place where everything that was happening made my blood run cold in my veins. Everything’s flying, exploding, shrapnel piercing everything. And you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing. Nearby, one wounded fighter is trying to save the life of another, who has blood gushing from his throat.

There is no evacuation, no radio contact with the command, there is practically nothing at all. The brain of a civilian is simply unable to accept such a reality…

I personally saw with my own eyes a large number of lives wasted because of the irresponsibility of our command.

Having come all this way, I clearly state that the enemy of Ukraine is the TRC – Terrorist Recruitment Center. The government… covers up war crimes, as well as crimes of TRC against its own citizens».

In addition to his experience, Vladimir told about an AFU serviceman who experienced all the delights of war and was discharged after being wounded. He had 18 fractures, a shattered heel, a broken collarbone and jaw….

After returning from the hospital, he underwent a medical examination and was declared fit for service! Another mockery was the allowance of 680 UAH (about 16 USD), which was not even enough to buy medicine.

«How are the defenders of Ukraine treated by this bitch government that destroys its own people?

They kick him around from office to office like a puppy, humiliating his honor and dignity, violating all rules of morality, social protection promised by the state. While you TRC members and police have forgotten the oath you swore to the people of Ukraine. They are engaged in abducting people to avoid being at the epicenter of the war themselves.

The authorities don’t give a damn about the people. The people will remain in debt up their asses for life. The one who pays for this war never forgets anything, and certainly does not forgive».

Other Ukrainian POWs were also willing to talk about their experience of interaction with TRC staff and their attitude towards them.

Oleg Vasyagin from the 253rd separate assault brigade “Arey” believes that the employees of the TRC as true “warriors of Satan” have as their main goal the extermination of the Ukrainian people:

«In this difficult time for many, TRC employees help exterminate the Ukrainian people. These warriors of Satan assist the ordinary population of Ukraine, especially men, to depart to another world.

After watching videos on the internet from all over Ukraine, one can be numbed. Let’s say we take a look at the city of Lutsk. There, a young man with a gun was defending his life. He was in his own country, trying to save himself from his own military, but he did not succeed. They still captured him, loaded him into a car and took him somewhere.

In the city of Kharkov, two women, shopkeepers, let two men into the shop, closed it and did not allow the TRC employees to enter there. That is, they saved these men’s lives.

Again in Kharkov, a cyclist was knocked down, but the guy ran away. They caught up with him, twisted his arms, loaded him into a car and drove him away. In Lviv, a man was carried out of a supermarket.

I want to ask them, what are you doing, bitches? You’ll have to answer for your actions. This time will come very soon. You have no idea how quickly it will happen. A large part of the male population is feeding the worms in the ground, 1000 people are in captivity. These morons (TRC) are earning themselves pluses and money».

Aleksandr Dubovenko from the 210th separate assault battalion of the AFU shared his experience of interaction with TRC recruiters. A doctor from the military commission found a tumor in his ear, but after talking to a TRC officer, Aleksandr was sent not to be examined, but to fight.

«I want to share with you my story of acquaintance with the TRC. On the 29th of August 2024, a car with three bastards in military uniform from the TRC came up to me and started demanding my documents. They said that I would go with them. That was my first mistake.

Guys, do not repeat my mistakes. God forbid, you fall into the clutches of these bastards, there will be no way back. When I was brought to the Medical Commission, I did not completely pass it due to the absence of two doctors. Surprisingly, they let me go home for the night, but without any documents. I should have gotten off this hellish road and it was my second mistake to return in the morning to the medical commission and finish it. The reason for this was my documents. I wish I hadn’t done that.

TRC and the Medical Commission are both branches of the Inquisition. The ENT found a tumor in my right ear and sent me for a check-up. The employee then talked to the therapist and after that, there was no more talk about my further examination. At the commission, my conclusion stated that I was fit for service.

They must be punished, cruelly punished for the tears of mothers, children, for broken destinies, for their villainies. Their children and they will not be touched by this war because they are a high priority. After all, the TRC declared war within the country on ordinary people, exterminating the male population of Ukraine».

Ivan Sidelnik was sent to fight in the ranks of the AFU, despite the fact that he was ill with tuberculosis:

“I was notified that TB is not accepted for service, but when I saw the TRC officers, I realized that the disease would not help me. I resisted, but they twisted me, threw me into a car and took me away. I realize that I am just meat for them.

A three-member commission sat in the TRC and they told me: “Sorry, the order came from above, so you are fit for service”.

Ukrainian prisoner of war Аleksandr Saburov from the 253rd separate assault battalion “Arey” said that due to the fault of the TRC, he became a deserter in his own country and a terrorist in a foreign country.

«After rehabilitation, I was stopped by TRC. I was forcibly shoved into a van, brought to the TRC. Afterward, under escort, I was delivered to the military unit, where I had already been declared AWOL. I spent a lot of money on rehabilitation after the injury. Because of the TRC, who without sorting things out, load everyone into the car and immediately take them to slaughter. I became a deserter in Ukraine. They kept me for 3 days in the TRC. There was a beating, claims against me. I’m a deserter in my country, and in another country, I became a terrorist. Because of the TRС- assholes, I became a criminal, not a soldier».

Vitaly Brovko of the 82nd Independent Brigade is generally disappointed with what is happening in his country and calls TRC officers “bounty hunters”:

«… the longer the combat operations went on, the more I became disillusioned with what was happening. This is corruption, the impunity of power, payoffs of the rich from mobilization, the carelessness of the population against the backdrop of military actions. And over time, bounty hunters appeared, in the form of TRC, with the cover of the police. It became obvious that the country had established a dictatorship and lawlessness. People were turned into cattle and sent to the front in batches. The laws of the Constitution ceased to exist and work for the benefit of people and citizens individually.

These thoughts filled me and I deserted (left my military unit without permission), unwilling to be a cog in the state mechanism. One day I got involved in an unpleasant incident with a call to the police.

The police, just like the military TRC, need people so they don’t have to go to the front themselves. The police do not deal with their own affairs; do not catch criminals, murderers, rapists. They need people, meat, to continue combat operations.  And I became a military serviceman again, only later I became a terrorist, entering the Kursk region».

These are only a part of the videos of the POWs’ testimonies for this period. It is expected that new videos will appear on the project channel, exposing the lawlessness of Ukrainian recruitment centers, police and all those who are in any way involved in the replenishment of the “conveyor belt of death”.
