On October 27, at least 8 people were killed in a mass shooting at a synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, according to reports in local media.
The attacker, who was carrying an AR-15 and a Glock pistol, was detained by police on the scene. He allegedly told officers that “all these Jews need to die” and he “doesn’t want any of them to live” before being detained.

According to Police spokesman, there were multiple people shot during the encounter, but declined to confirm exact numbers. According to media reports, 3 police officers were wounded. Security forces are currently working on the site in order to find if there are any IEDs.
According to media, the suspect was identified as 46yo Robert Bowers.
