At Least 60 People Killed As Result Of Terrorist Attack In Nigeria (Map Update)

ISIS claimed that its members had killed 15 soldiers in Dikwa, Nigeria’s Borno state;
On February 1, Amnesty International said that at least 60 people were killed in a “devastating” attack on the northeastern Nigeria border town of Rann by Boko Haram. The attack took place on January 28;
On January 31, the UNSC voted to extend an arms embargo on the CAR for a year;
Al-Qaeda-affilated Nusrat Al-Islam Wal Muslimeen claimed a suicide bombing on soldiers in Tarkant, Mali’s Gao province.
