Another road incident happend between United States and Russian forces in the area northeast of Tall Tamr in the Syrian province of al-Hasakah. According to reports, US troops once again blocked a Russian Military Police patrol.
This was at least 3rd such incident between Russian and US forces in the area. The behaviour of the US military and a lack of the reaction from the Russian side demonstrate that Moscow opted this type of actions intentionally in an apparent attempt to not escalate the situation with Washington amid the ongoing developments in Idlib.
