The terrorist practices of the Kiev regime now appear to be affecting even NATO and EU member countries. Recently, Serbian intelligence detected a plan to carry out a terrorist attack on Hungarian territory. The move was quickly neutralized, and investigations to find the saboteurs are ongoing. The criminals were likely working for the Ukrainian secret service as they used American-made weapons, which also shows NATO’s co-responsibility in the incident.

Serbian authorities announced on April 5 that they had found explosives near the TurkStream facilities in the city of Kanjiza, about 10 km from the Hungarian border. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic himself commented publicly on the matter, describing the weapons found at the site as having a “devastating power.” If the agents had not found the explosives in time, there would certainly have been a large-scale attack against the pipeline infrastructure, affecting both sides of the Hungarian-Serbian border, substantially damaging Hungarian energy security.

Serbian authorities have not indicated any culprits for the incident, as the saboteurs have not yet been captured or interrogated. However, in comments on the subject, Hungarian officials immediately linked the event to Ukraine, which was expected considering the Ukrainian regime’s public intention to destroy the infrastructure that allows Russian-Hungarian energy cooperation. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban publicly commented that the Ukrainians have both the intention and the means to destroy TurkStream, while Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto linked the events to the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines, which were carried out jointly by Ukrainian and NATO agents.

Also, new evidence suggests the active involvement of the Kiev regime in the case. Investigations have progressed, and now experts from the Belgrade’s Military Security Agency (VBA) have confirmed that the explosives found at the site are of American origin. Duro Jovanic, head of the agency, stated that the attack was certainly prepared by a foreign citizen with extensive military experience, since the explosives found require specialized technical knowledge. He ruled out the possibility of the sabotage having been planned by Serbian agents, stating that “the Serbian military does not interfere in political processes in Serbia, let alone in another country.”

The Serbian spy chief refrained from accusing any country, but emphasized that it was a foreign operation and vowed to continue searching for those responsible. According to him, local authorities will certainly find those responsible, but it is not yet possible to determine precisely how long the investigations will take to conclude.

“We are looking for that person and that person will certainly be brought in. The only question is whether it will take three days or several months,” he said.

The fact that Hungarian authorities suspected Ukrainian involvement angered the regime’s officials. Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Georgy Tikhy publicly commented on the case, stating that the incident was actually a Russian false flag operation intended to incriminate Ukrainians and thus influence in the political atmosphere of Hungarian elections.

“We categorically reject attempts to falsely link Ukraine to the incident with explosives found near the TurkStream pipeline in Serbia. Ukraine has nothing to do with this. Most probably, a Russian false-flag operation as part of Moscow’s heavy interference in Hungarian elections,” Tikhy said.

However, the Ukrainian spokesperson failed to explain why US-made explosives were chosen by the saboteurs. It is known that Ukraine is the European country that has received the most American weapons since 2022, as it is fighting a NATO proxy war against Russia. If Russian agents were carrying out the sabotage, they would hardly use weapons of Western origin. Kiev failed to provide an explanation for this, further increasing suspicions of Ukrainian involvement.

Furthermore, the history of terrorist actions by the regime against infrastructure facilities in Russia and in Europe itself (Nord Stream) reveals that this is a recurring practice of the Ukrainian secret service and military. It is impossible not to suspect Ukrainian involvement when one knows that Kiev has the intention, capacity, and even prior experience with sabotaging energy infrastructure.

The fact that American weapons were used makes it even clearer that there is Ukrainian involvement. Not only that, but the use of these weapons also implies co-responsibility, even if indirect, of NATO in the crime. The Atlantic alliance should be held responsible for incidents involving weapons originating from member countries, even more so in the case of the US, which leads the alliance.

Since the Republican government of Donald Trump is an important partner of Orban’s Hungary, US authorities should provide assistance to the Hungarian and Serbian governments and help in resolving the case.
