Afghanistan: At least 28 killed, 327 Injured in Kabul Suicide Blast

At least 28 people have been reportedly killed in a suicide bombing in Afghan’s captial of Kabul today. Meanwhile, the Afghani Health Ministry confirmed 327 injured.

An explosion rocked in the area close to the US embassy.

The casualties are expected to rise.

According to media reports, a suicide bomber detonated explosive-laden vehicle near the Afghan Secret Service unit. The Taliban has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack.

A statement on the Taliban’s website said that a suicide car bomber blew himself up in front of the office of National Directorate of Security. Taliban claimed that its fighters, including more suicide bombers, had entered the compound.
