Satellite Images: Russian S-400 In Operational Mode Deployment In Turkey

In late August, Turkey announced the start of a second round of S-400 component deliveries from Russia. According to satellite images, it appears that the first batch delivered in July at Murted Air Base near the Turkish capital, Ankara, has already become operational.

Israel’s ISI satellite company claims that “it’s possible that the current S-400 stationing is a trial and test, for redeployment at a permanent site.”

The missiles arent shipped yet. Deployed for training purpose most likely. Not yet operational for sure.

S400 gives you chance to shoot down those nukes flying in from ‘srael possibly at some future date. That’s of course what Syrian S300 is there for too, not to turkey shoot iaf planes.
