The Russian military will receive more Uran-6 mine-clearing unmanned multifunctional demining systems in 2019, Chief of the Engineer Troops Lieutenant General Yuri Stavitsky revealed.
He stated that the Uran-6 system demonstrated its effectiveness in Syria and soon 12 such systems will be supplied to the military. General Savitsky said that in Syria these systems were involved in about 20% of the mine-clearing works.
