On March 16, a soldier and an officer of the Israeli Army were killed in a ramming attack in the city of Jenin in the northern part of the Palestinian West Bank, according to the Lebanese al-Mayadeen TV. Two other Israeli soldiers were reportedly injured in the attack.

The Israeli Army confirmed that the incident had been a terrorist attack and had identified the attacker as Ala Qabha, 26, originally from Barta’a in the northern part of the West Bank. Israeli Haaretz newspaper reported that Qabha had been released from an Israeli prison in April 2017 after completing a 17-month sentence for an undisclosed crime.

Qabha was injured during the attack and taken to the hospital where he will be questioned by the Israeli Army, according to the Times of Israel.

In response to the attack, Israel’s Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said that he would pursue the death penalty for Qabha. Liberman also accused the Palestinian Authorities of paying “millions of dollars to terrorists who kill Israelis.”

“We will seek the death penalty for the terrorist, the destruction of his house and punishment for anyone who cooperated [with him],” Liberman said, according to the Times of Israel.

On the other side, the Palestinian Hama Movement praised the attack in Jenin and described it as “heroic and brave” in an official statement.

Commenting on the attack, Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem said: “The attack today is meant to emphasize that our people continue with the Jerusalem intifada … The revolution against Trump’s decision [to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel] is not a wave of fury. The borders of Jerusalem will be written in Palestinian blood.”

Several areas in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip witnessed several protests against Trump’s decision on March 16. Clashes between the protestors and the Israeli security forces were also reported.

So far, Trump’s decision has resulted in a wave of violence in the Israeli and Palestinian areas, which has been the higher since 2014 Israel–Gaza conflict.

As usual Liberman has forgotten by what means his own state was founded. A state founded by terrorism and maintained by might makes right should not complain when others take that lesson to heart.

You are probably right…The U.S. Never found peace after exterminating the original inhabitants…Israel won’t find it either.. live by the Sword,…..

In another example, the Nazi retaliation in their occupied territories was to publicly execute multiple random civilians – up to a 100 in eastern territories – each individual German military or administrative personnel killed by any resistance or partisan actions. It was obviously completely terrifying and arbitrary response for immediate civilian populations, but it never actually completely stopped such actions.

He has forgotten nothing. israelis are terrorist by design. It’s written in the bible that they are terrorists.

11th June 2018 signed by Benjamin Netanyahu, methods used to “pacify” the Palestinian West Bank:

1. Shoot on sight any citizens who refuse to give their names.
2. District and Regional Political Commissions are hereby authorized to pronounce sentence on any village where arms are being hidden, and to arrest hostages and shoot them if the whereabouts of the arms are not revealed.
3. Wherever arms are found, execute immediately the eldest son in the family.
4. Any family that has harboured a bandit is to be arrested and deported from the province, their possessions are to be seized, and the eldest son is to be executed immediately.
5. Any families sheltering other families who have harboured bandits are to be punished in the same manner, and their eldest son is to be shot.
6. In the event that bandit families have fled, their possessions are to be redistributed among peasants who are loyal to the Israeli regime, and their houses are to be burned or demolished.
7. These orders are to be carried out rigorously and without mercy

History repeats itself….

Changed the names to protect the guilty…
Something in the text reminded me of similar measures taken…..

Okay, so Netanyahu did no such thing and you just claimed he did, because you thought that it could fit. In my opinion a very misleading and dishonest method – because it needs people to check whether it´s BS or not to find out that it actually is. You should somehow mark this circumstance in the original posting.

We get Misled & Lied to on a daily basis……no one can tell the truth with certainty these days… that’s the world we live in nowadays……Nice isn’t it? And I think that people should be smart enough to let their brains do the work for them in their considerations on what is True & what is False…Bogus is a good way for starting your own research…

Palestinians are brave people, but have become soft as their puppet “leadership” has sold them out. It is time they unite and pursue the successful Hezbollah path to resistance and dignity. History has shown that only determined armed resistance ensures freedom. It is time for a protracted war of liberation as the Zionist child beaters are much weaker than most realize.

You can call me Al

This is exactly what Israel wants; I have a bad feeling about the timing of this alleged attack.

nshah

That is really true..!
Their puppets leadership threw them under the bus on a daily basis..!

The international community has been fully aware for 100 years of what the crimes against humanity that the Jews planned to commit, and were in the process of committing, consisted of. The 1919 King Crane Commission investigation and report conducted by the US Government described it in exceptional detail:

“Jewish homeland

Although the commission was sympathetic toward Zionism,[15] it opposed the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine because it conflicted with the Balfour Declaration in respect of the civil and religious rights of non-Jewish communities in Palestine. The commission found that “Zionists looked forward to a practically complete dispossession of the present non-Jewish inhabitants of Palestine, by various forms of purchase”.[16] Nearly 90% of the Palestinian population was emphatically against the entire Zionist program.[16]

The report noted that there is a principle that the wishes of the local population must be taken into account and that there is widespread anti-Zionist feeling in Palestine and Syria, and the holy nature of the land to Christians and Moslems as well as Jews must preclude solely Jewish dominion. It also noted that Jews at that time comprised only 10% of the population of Palestine.[2]

The Commission Report was skeptical of the viability of a Jewish state in “Syria”. The logic of the Commission went along the lines that the first principle to be respected must be self-determination. It pointed out that a majority of “Syrians” were against the formation of a Jewish state. It concluded that the only way to establish a viable Jewish state would be with armed force to enforce it. This was precisely what the Commission wanted to avoid, so they dismissed the idea, saying that Zionists anticipated “a practically complete dispossession of the present non-Jewish inhabitants to Palestine, by various forms of purchase”. That said, there would be nothing wrong with Jews coming to “Israel” and simply living as Jewish Syrian citizens, but noted “nor can the erection of such a Jewish State be accomplished without the gravest trespass upon the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine”. The latter statement was based on the assumption that an army of at least 50,000 would be required to establish Jewish ownership by force.”
