On March 14, fighters loyal to Saudi-backed Yemeni President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi captured Rab’ayen and al-Admagh mountains in the Nihm district of the central Saana province, the UAE-based al-Arabiya TV reported. Pro-Hadi fighters reportedly killed 26 Houthi fighters and destroyed 3 vehicles and 2 armored vehicles belonging to the Houthis.

Pro-Hadi forces artillery units shelled several positions and gatherings of the Houthis in the Nihm district. Yemeni sources said that more than 70 Houthi fighters had been injured and killed in the shelling. Several vehicles were also damaged.

The main goal of the ongoing Saudi-led military operation in the Nihm district is the  Saana airport. According to the Yemeni al-Masirah TV, warplanes of the Saudi-led coalition targeted the airport with more than 12 airstrikes on March 14 only.

The Saudi-led coalition has been advancing towards the Saana airport slowly but surely oover the last two weeks. However, the Houthis will have a significant chance to stop this advance once the Saudi-led coalition reaches the mountain area around the city of Saana.

I can’t help but shake the notion that the tide of war is slowly shifting against the Houthis. Which in a sense is not that surprising. The Saudi’s and UAE may have armies not even worthy of the name, but they have shitloads of money to hire mercenaries with, or pay other countries to do the fighting for them. Not to mention the US, France and UK funneling new weapons and supplies to them. And with the Houthis blocked off from getting resupplies that means eventually something has got to give. The Saudis may not have to win every battle, as long as they remain determined to continue the war they can still win. In contrast the Houthis have to win every battle. And since no one can win every battle that means long term they are doomed. Their only hope is that they can stave off defeat for long enough for Saudi resolve, or that of their allies, to weaken first. Of course with the Saudis now actually gaining ground that will probably strengthen their resolve.

False analysis. Yemen has emerged stronger than before. Their lethal and non-lethal industries are more strengthened and indigenized. And the civilian casualties are only 15,000 since 2015.

Keep this in mind as well, the Ansar’Allah (aka Houthis) and their allies still control 85% of the main population centers, and since the onset of the war more people have flooded to areas were they have tighter control. As far as military casualties are concerned, their two they have a decisive score. With the ratio against their enemies being 1:5. These figures are agreed even by Saudi dissidents, one of them being notoriously reliable named “Mujtahid”.

Ansar’Allah and their allies have crushed not only the Saudis…but Emeratis, their mercenaries and Salafi terrorists (al-Qaeda and Daesh) along with the airforce of Morroco (the Ansar’Allah’s defense actually shot down a Moroccan f-16 in the early days of the war).

The Saudis have been saying they’d capture San’aa for 2 years now, they couldn’t do it then…and they can’t do it now.

Unfortunately South Front, PressTV and RT etc (allied media) have failed ridiculously to understand the battlespace and politics of Yemen. This is because their teams don’t have experts from Yemen and ON Yemen (like yours truly: Me).

In this particular article, South Front is quoting al-Arabiya, a complete presstitute of the Saudis. known for ridiculous propaganda.

Mark my words Ansar’Allah and their allies will win, decisively. And not even in like a Vietnam like situation….their troop losses are less than their enemies.

PS – I’ve attached 2 population density graphs of Yemen. This will help you understand what I’m talking about. Ansar’Allah and their allies control 85% of the region as of now. Before the War they controlled almost ALL of Yemen (see the last map – this was JUST before the Saud led Zio intervention). And since they Saudis, their allies, their Zio pupeteers and their own prostitutes can’t remain indefinitely, Ansar’Allah will eventually take control of of Yemen after they are buried and kicked out.

Well, I hope you’re right then.

You are correct, the Houthis have to keep resisting until their enemies turn on each other, or suffer an internal crisis, or there is a referendum in southern Yemen to recreate a new country there and their enemies fight each other.

If the Houthis manage to hold out for a few more years(!) then maybe some oil crisis will cripple the Saudi and UAE bastards. Maybe a crisis with Iran or Qatar, who knows…

Dear Ziodis, the next time when Yemenis target your airports to retaliate in kind don’t run crying and whining, OK?

Any group of people who are determined (or crazy) enough to attack a fort on top of a mountain wearing sandals and using ladders and winning are scary to fight against and you pissed every single one of them off.

The following post is what I made in order to reply to someone. However, I’d like other readers to see it as well.
