The media wing of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) has released a series of photos showing SSNP members participating in the ongoing Syrian Army operation against militants in the Eastern Ghouta region. Since the start of the the Syrian war, the SSNP has formed own military units and become an important faction on front-lines in some parts of Syria. The involvement of the SSNP in the Eastern Ghouta operation shows that the Syrian military is going to full solve the “militancy” problem in the area. MORE ABOUT THE SSNP HERE

The last picture is a soldier armed with a British SLR by the looks of it. The SLR fires a 7.62 NATO round BUT can hardly be thought of as the best weapon for a sniper as the picture seems to depict. Because the weapon ‘breaks’ in the middle for cleaning it needs to be re-zeroed for very accurate shots at long ranges. The British army used a bolt action 7.72 for snipers when the SLR (self loading rifle) was issued. Sometimes old Lee Enfield 303’s as well.
It is a belgium FAL rifle..SAA had many of them in its weapons depot….
The British SLR was a copy of the FAL made under licence in the UK but without the automatic fire mode. I used to have one :)
The Canadian made Lee Enfields MK 3 and Mk 4 were better and more accurate , thing that sucks about them is their lead magazine they had in them so one would never change the cartridge but had the metal strips with 5 rounds, good for deer hunting has ten round capacity and legal to hunt with.

Their symbol is clearly a stylised swastika. Finally, the mask is off. Indeed, the Syrian regime can be regarded as national socialist (fascist). Just as Erdogan’s authoritarian Turkey is national conservative fascism. No wonder, they all want the base-democratic, council (soviet)- based system in Rojava to fall. Putin’s Russia is a presidential fascism, similar in some ways, to American fascism.
