Syrian Army Liberated Abu Khanadiq From ISIS In Northestern Hama

While the Tiger Forces are pressuring Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in eastern Idlib, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has liberated the village of Abu Khanadiq from ISIS in northeastern Hama.

This village was one of the few originally captured by ISIS when the terrorist group re-appeared in northeastern Hama in 2017. Now, the the SAA is working to eliminate the threat.

On January 30 and 31, the SAA liberated the villages of Al-Aww, Abyan and Jubb Zrayq and the hills of Rasm Dahil and Tawilah in the same area.

So far government forces have faced little resistance from ISIS. The terrorist group does not have enough manpower to keep control over the entire pocket. Nonetheless, ISIS units have enough capabilities to conduct successfull counter-attacks against the advancing government forces.

I am sorry SF, but again, without the overall map, I am just a lost lamb.

Anyway good news all around wherever it may be.
