The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces have sucecssfully used the December 12 ISIS attack against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) to expand own influence in the Euphrates Valley.
While the SAA was clashing with ISIS in the villages of al-Jalaa, Saiyal, Salihiyah, Mujawdah, Abbas and al-Harsa on the western bank of the Euphrates, the SDF launched an attack on positions of the terrorist group on the eastern bank of the river and captured a number of villages including Haraij, Jishiyah, Jadlai and al-Bahran.

This advance allowed the SDF to consolidate further its recent gains in the Euphrates Valley. However, ISIS still controls a large chunk of the area near the border with Iraq.

Victory is the name of a beer in Latinoamerica. Maybe Putin and Trump were referring to this beer. Well, ISIS is not over until Israel-USA-NATO stop supporting them, that must be clear for everybody. They can make ISIS to re-appear wherever and wherever they want.

What nonsense. Those are separate fights that do not interact, not as long as there is an unsurpassable river – as in no bridges – between those two areas. Even if some fighters could be able to swimmingly cross the river, they will be unable to take equipment to the other side.
This report is just there to blame the loss of several villages by SAA to IS on SDF.
Surprise, surprise, SAA forgot again to watch its flanks and left themselves open to successfull counterattacks – again. Their fault, no that of anyone else.
Remember that SDF and ISIS are directed by USA-Israel-NATO intelligent.
More botched work by the SAA by many soldiers who have no will to fight for the regime, and others who stuff their pockets at the expense of the locals
Its not exactly rocket science why the SDF just keeps getting larger and larger as the Average Syrian sees in the SDF for the future which side their bread is truly buttered on and does not use starvation as an extreme and pitiless WMD such as Eastern Ghouta

At the same time as SF reported on an alledged defection by a DeZ tribesman with a few followers, a report disputed by the man himself, silently, and unreported by SF, some 250 fighters defected over the last weeks from turkish Euphrates Shield to the Manbij Military Council, declaring Euphrates Shield a bunch of robbers and worse. They will likely be incorperated into SDF.
Maybe SF should rethink its rather sectarian reporting on SDF and be a bit more impartial or screen some reporters better.
SDF laughed an attack on easter bank ?? I think, it is better and correct to say that they just moved to that area.
