ISIS Claims Its Members Downed Syrian Warplane Near al-Bukamal

Illustrative image

Members of ISIS have downed a Syrian warplane (apparently L-39) in the outskirts of al-Bukamal, the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq reported.

Furthermore, ISIS have allegedly captured two pilots of the downed warplane near the village of Al-Buq’an.

No photos or videos have been released by Amaq to confirm its claims. The situation remains unclear.

Recently, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies have intensified their operations against ISIS northwest of al-Bukamal in order to drive ISIS terrorists out from the remaining ISIS-held area of the Euphrates’s eastern bank.

Yes me to I clam that from Today I am the president of the United States. Ofc.

Richard Noel Hedditch

Actually, I had been considering that facet. One needs only take the Presidential Oath from any certified, registered Justice Of The Peace for that Oath to have at least some arguable legal credibility, with other US Constitutional observances haing been met, such as that of having been birth-delivered on US territory and being at least 35 years of age.

I wish you were Hezbollah :)

If this downing is confirmed, it could not have been carried out by ISIS. The only two possible players in Syria who could have shot down an aircraft are either the US or the Russians. If this aircraft had strayed to the airspace over the Eastern banks of the Euphrates river, then it cannot be ruled out that it was the Russians who downed the aircraft to prevent the legitimate Syrian government from ruining their treacherous collusion with the foreign Kurdish invaders and occupiers of Syrian sovereign land on the Eastern banks of the Euphrates river.

Fantasize much?

You’ve got more bs than carter has pills.

Deo Cass

It’s not fantasy. Russia has tirned its back on Syria lately sealing deals with Syria’s arch enemies like Turkey and Saudi Arabia who want the head of the elected Syrian president Bashar al-Assad. Russia has completely dropped its support for the ekected Syrian president and is now only sticking to the tun that the Syrians must decide. It is not even insisting any more on elections. As for the collusion of Russia with the foreign Kurdish invaders and occupiers of Syria, this has been conformed just yesterday, with Russia confirming that it carried out over 1,500 airstrikes to help the foreign Kurdish invaders to steal Syrian sovereign land and 80% of its natural resources from the mouth of the Syrian people and to prevent the Syrian government forces from regaining control over their borders with Iraq.

RichardD

What is it about the Syrian government coalition is expanding it’s foot print into SDF areas that you don’t understand?

FlorianGeyer

Turkey has the biggest army in Europe Deo as you well know. The last thing Syria wants is permanent war with anyone. Your satanic masters desire that of course.

Russia is working with SDF (i.e. the Americans) because SDF realizes capturing all those oil wells are worthless without someone to allow them an export route.

Turkey won’t help the Kurds sell oil stolen from Syria. Turks hate Kurds, they never hated ISIS.

Iraq won’t help Kurds, because Kurds are threatening them with war for independence and a land grab.

That means SDF has to make a deal with Assad. They did. Russia negotiated this deal. SDF can control the lands east of Euphrates, and Syria gets 65% of oil sales from SDF. Most importantly, Syria can control how much SDF can export.

This is temporary. After the war in idlib , the US will abandon the Kurds and Syria will reclaim SDF occupied zones. The US betrayal of Kurds will happen when idlib falls, but may be delayed if they go to war with Iran next year.

No reason to believe Syria would use a L-39 trainer jet here. There are not too many fighter bombers with a crew of two, should be easy to figure out what was downed.

Solomon Krupacek

unfortunately, syrians use them everywhere. also in aleppo used.

look at the numbers
