Second Coalition Servicemember Died In 'Non-Combat Incident' In November

On November 25, the US-led coalition announced  that a coalition servicemember has died in a “non-combat incident”.

“The service member’s name and the circumstances surrounding the death will be released at the discretion of the pertinent national authorities. The incident is under investigation,” the coalition statement reads.

This was the second “non-combat incident” which led to a death of US-led coalition servicemember this month.

On November 11, the coalition released a very similar statement arguing that its servicemember died in “a non-combat-related incident”.

Two “non-combat” deaths per month are a very high rate for the non-combat casualties, especially for the force which is allegedly not involved in direct clashes with the enemy.

Is the coalition hiding something about these deaths?

We can’t report anything to the US public suggesting US boots on the ground, esp when a US combatant is killed by the enemy. Hence the strange sounding report.

You can call me Al

“Hence the strange sounding report. If too many of these incidents are reported, the public would no longer support US involvement.”

I do agree, but with all due respect; how many people have even heard the of the US illegal escapades / wars ?.

Right I better sign of, otherwise you may find a book as a response.
