Russian Tu-22M3 strategic bombers have once again struck ISIS targets near the Syrian city of al-Bukamal.
“On November 17, 2017 six long-range bombers Tupolev-22M3 left an airbase in Russia, crossed Iranian and Iraqi airspace and carried out a massive air strike against facilities of the terrorist organization Islamic State near Abu Kamal, in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor province, such as strongholds, manpower and armored vehicles. Monitoring equipment confirmed that all of the designated targets were hit,” the Russian Defense Ministry said, according to TASS.
These strikes provided an additional support to the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies, which are now clashing with ISIS in the city.
Russia,Getting the job done! Not like the coalition of the killing, who even now resist the goal of the elimination of terrorists.Must be a bitter pill to swallow,,,,all those millions in funds and arms down the drain.
