“US and Coalition forces will continue to strike ISIS leadership in order to disrupt the organization’s ability to plan and attack the US and our interests around the world.”
Translation: We strike ISIS leadership that does not co-operate with SDF in order to disrupt their ability to plan and attack our interests in Deir Ezzor.
Translation (alt 1) : We strike ISIS leadership that has important agreements and proof of monetary exchanges”.
