On October 15, the newly formed Qeyam Movement released its first official statement. In the statement, the movement said that its aim is to fight the “the imperialist separatist project” represented by the Kurdish YPG force and the Kurdish Democratic Party (PYD).
The both groups alongside with YPJ – a female version of YPG – are a core of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
The Qeyam Movement didn’t say that it is part of the Free Syrian Army (FSA). However, the group said that it will work for a united Syria for all Syrians, from all sects and races.
Qeyam Movement conducted 3 hit and run operations against the SDF between October 11 and 14. The movement claimed that 5 fighters of the SDF were killed in those three operations.
The Movement can be considered a radical reaction for some bad polices of the Kurdish-dominated SDF against Arabs. More similar anti-SDF armed groups will likely see the light in the future.
On the same day when the Qeyam Movement released its statement, the Asayish force – security forces loyal to the PYD – took over 2 banks in al-Hasakah city from the Syrian government, according to Syrian oppositions sources.
The opposition sources said that armed Asyish fighters stormed the government owned Commercial and Industrial Banks in al-Hasakah city and forced all civilians and employees to leave it without a warning or an explanation.
Such acts by the SDF will only intensify the Arabian-Kurdish tension in the SDF-held areas. Considering the SDF’s current bad relations with the Syrian government, Turkey and the Syrian opposition, this will set a ground for further tensions in Syria after ISIS is defeated.
need to know who their main supporters and funders are as they are too good to be true – action speaks louder than words
“the group said that it will work for a united Syria for all Syrians, from all sects and races.”
If that’s really the case, they should be allied with the SAA.
It may be that it is a fake rebel group that gives the Syrian government and allies cover to attack the SDF directly while maintaining plausible deniability.
It is possible.
I smell Assad…
Turkey too. They probably have not started this group, or fully agree with them, but since its anti-Kurdish it’s probably good enough for them. Hell, for that same reason ISIS and Al Qaida were good enough for them too.
Who says turkey did not start them? I believe turkey did start them as everyone knows their proxies in syria are not moderate at all. So make a new group with different name and promise the world to dumb euros and nth americans.they will believe in ” we want united syria for all races and religions”.
ISIS is Iraqi and Al-Qaeda is Saudi. No relations with Turkey. Ahrar al-Sham is pro-Turkey.
All smoke and mirrors, all autononous acting but all controlled by zionato yanquis.
take an uprise position
Wow, does Assad smell like Zionists?
A movie script, just like so many before: This group starts ambushing and killing SDF members, one of them blows himself up and they’ll magically find his passport and ID and a personal letter from Assad in his vest’s pocket.
Although there’s another possibility: This group opposes Syrian government and wants to have all Syria in one piece but not Assad. They see the SDF is a sell out and willing to rip Syria apart for Israel, so they oppose it.
Anyway, you and me need more information before “smell” anything other than our own delusions or wishful-thinking.
“This group opposes Syrian government and wants to have all Syria in one piece but not Assad. They see the SDF is a sell out and willing to rip Syria apart for Israel, so they oppose it.”
This means that you agree that the FSA is not a Zionist project but is in fact against Israel.
Are you all right?
Let me spell it for ya:
This group (of FSA) opposes Syrian government and wants to have all Syria in one
piece but not Assad. They (this group of FSA) see the SDF is a sell out and willing to rip
Syria apart for Israel, so they (this group of FSA) oppose it (SDF)
As I said before, wishful thinking!
You didn’t say it right. Oh again, the Israeli boogeyman!
Yes, the sweet, innocent little Israel. Ugh…
Ever thought why it’s not Greece or Equator but always Israel?
Because of propaganda.
Because %96 of news outlets belongs to Israel’s enemies, correct?
Powerful propaganda machine!
Nope but you stuck to the 4%. Have you actually lived in Israel to actually know? Because most news are fake news.
No, I haven’t been in Israel, I watched it from a short distance though!
You are right about one thing: Most news are fake. That’s why I read from both sides, so I read Israeli news outlets too, and whenever feel like it in their native language.
Run along child.
If you haven’t lived, you cannot know the truth.
Sure, If I ever talked about the “social and everyday life in Israeli communities” you’re right. But I didn’t. I’m talking about the Israeli policies and announcement by it’s officials and Zionist personas.
On the other hand, you have opinions about everything and anything without knowing jack about them.
Perhaps what you need is to grow up. Let go of this confrontationist behaviour and learn more about the things you’re going to talk about.
You can do it because of the potential you have. All up to you.
Confrontational behaviour? Look at how other commenters talk to me and then talk about confrontational. In geopolitics, it is good to see the interest of your country. Siding with Palestinian militants is no good. It is like siding with Taliban and ISIS. Even the Egyptians, the Jordanians and the Saudis don’t support them and Iranians will get tired of them in the near future. And if some Zionists say some crazy stuff that doesn’t mean that Israel is evil. This is prejudice at best.
Yes, I saw the nice words back and forth. It’s the same in every board. One time in a board, 35 different accounts cussed me horribly (i’m blushing now) because I wrote “Iran is not sponsoring terror, Iran is a victim of terrorism” while posting a link to show them! :))
SF boards are among the most polite ones I ever saw, believe it or not. It is eventually related to the things you write, mostly without source or against all the existing evidence.
Let countries decide on their policies, and caring for Palestinians is not equal with siding with ISIS.
No, but when Israeli officials say those things, it means Israel is doing evil.
I was in Pamela Geller’s website and I saw hundreds of people badmouthing at Muslims and cursing and saying the worst things possible. I believe that they are mentally deranged people and we should stay away from them. SF is “polite” because it is less popular. “Palestinians” is a made up nation just like “Macedonians”. At least Israel is the most free country in the ME.
I told you, you just talk about the things you have little knowledge about.
Palestine is not made up. Israel is, in both literal and true sense.
Is really Israel the most “free” country in ME? How about talking to the 2+million Israeli Arabs, talk to Israeli Christians (are they allowed to show the cover of New Testament they’re carrying in the street?), and finally talk to Israeli Mizrahim (yes, the Oriental Jews)?
They all will tell you how it really is free.
I’m sure you also think it’s the “only democracy in ME”.
That information about Israel, where did you read it? From websites or from real life? Do you say that Israel is an Askhenazi racist state? We will see. Nope, it is not the “only democracy in the ME”.
As I said before, I read Israeli websites whenever I feel like it and I told you before I have a Jewish friend whose family visit Israel, one or two times annually.
And what does he say?
His father, uncles and aunts, not he. They say there’s discrimination against Oriental Jews there. Not only for jobs or state-housing, but also in marriage.
They say Ashkenazi Jews see themselves as betters of other Jews and act accordingly. Yet he says their (Oriental’s) conditions is infinitely better than Ethiopian Jews.
It’s not something you see plainly in the streets, yet when it counts, it comes to surface.
They look white skinned.
The most important sentence of this report: “More similar anti-SDF armed groups will likely see the light in the future.”
“More” seems to be optimism. I see them as semi FSA which SDF dont want to have, because SDF has sekularism in its program.
You are so cute!
How about saying SDF told them: “YOU ARE FIRED!!” ? and the butthurts fired went to form a group to avenge their humiliation?
* ding * …… the party has officially started. It doesn’t matter who is behind this. The SDF has been way, way out of line lately. They are just puppets.
I happen to watch the part of congressional hearing where two US military officers stated to congressmen, that they did not have a partner in Syria. It was just after Russia entered the Syrian war and began kicking ass. The US was clueless as to what to do. You all should have seen the looks on all of the faces in the hearing. The SDF activity started not long after this hearing, which they took into closed chambers after a short period. It is was not wild eyed conspiracy stuff. It a public part of a congressional hearing, part of the public record.
So, five dead in a couple of days. It seems to me it is on like Donkey Kong. What I smell is what goes around, comes around in action. A good day to all.
Was this where they stated they only found six moderate terrorists to support after spending tens of millions and years of training? Do you have link?
Hello Brother Ma. The places I have seen this on is SF and Almasdarnews.
Yeah the US MIC is the biggest money waster the world has conceived. Those 6 guys probably graduated at the top of the class of 10 too. Have a great day. :)
Thanks john.im sure we will speak again.
Kind of funny too. 2 different groups fight about a bank, which probatly has no money or a few kopek.
But realisme: That kurdish group shouldt be even near Hasaka. PYD/SDF/YPJ dont provoke like them and there could be a little hope for calming down.
And yes, when You would replace sekular conditions, the men above loose power based on the carrot below and their big father plastered all over in hero pictures. Hard You cant sell girls and Young woman like furniture and cars. Hard they have to learn the same as men in school and can, as well as those men has to learn that gender can go free in the street as the rest of the population.
Thats what those brave types defend.
Give those weapons to the women and let them shoot men as they wish. Where it the great succes by men. 400-500.000 dead, 8-10 mio refugees, many teams for the next handicap OL and destructions for billions and more billions.
Best regards from Mullah Omar field., which SAA demand allowence to steal back. So far SAA during years has prefared ISIS to have. When SDF arrive to help about DEZ they are airstriked and blamed for stealing oil they havnt but Assads systematic has before the uprise.
Thats what those Psykos support.
Man, SDF comanders have been pronouncing something differen on a funeral, not so long ago, are you drunken? It was quite contradicting to anything, you write.
SDF is a true terrorist force intended to replace ISIS. US only backs terrorist groups as without them they would be nothing in the region.
Thats right. Assad relased many prisoners which made the top of the comming ISIS to fight FSA.
When they instead went against him USA, Saudis and Qatar supported it.
When Assad didnt fell and ISIS came ourt of hand, Assad invited Hesbollah, Iran & Russia.
So the only alternative to fight ISIS outside Syria was to give a try for kurds – now SDF. I cant see SDF are replacing ISIS at all.
They havnt attacked Assads, they are not jihadists as FSA, Nusra a.s.o. and they have plans for the future for devellopment of the poorest in Syria.
Im sure Kurds prefare Assads for ISIS, FSA and like that. They gurad their retaken part well if You compare they are only 2 years old.
Another day, but same comment from the Kurd propaganda department.
Assad is a gracious and tolerant president. Allah’s choice for the nonce.
They are the very sane ISIS, commander and all. Their US/Zionist handlers simply changed their name for convenience.
SAA needs to enter all areas of Syria in order to restore LAW and ORDER!!
Compared to systematic killing of all opposition since Old Assad took over and keep the inhabitant as spendable sheep for corrupt mafiosas too.
Thats no country.
“Systematic” killing of all opposition… What’s not clear is who are you talking about by “Old Assad”? Hafiz or Bashar? Hafiz did that, but Bashar? He made a lot of reforms, hardly a “systematic killing of all opposition”.
Are Afghanistan, Libya and Somalia count as good countries, after the US and co “liberated” them?
People refeer to ‘old Assads’ murder of Muslim Brotherhood as if it was a bad thing. They rebeled against the secular state with intention to bring sharia, got what they deserved.
CIA knows more ;)
Something, what happens in Okraina right now, or beter, see USA mass shooting, how the US state kills its own citizens. Look at it and come back again.
I didnt say things are fine in USA or better here.
You might count Your own and compare as well.
Wait a sec – you’re talking about Saudi Arabia or Israel now, right? Sounds like they both need some serious regime-changing, and it’s about damn time!
And if you’re talking about Syria, Old Assad and the Baath Party were the lesser of two evils at the time. Or did you forget the Muslim Brotherhood with their religious apartheid and Sharia law were the only other significant, emerging political power in Syria in the 50’s and 60’s?
And don’t forget the years of ‘systematic killing’ by the Muslim Brotherhood ever since they ‘lost’ to Assad in 1970.. The 1982 CIA-backed Hama uprising against the Syrian government came after years of targeted assassinations and car bombings by the Muslim Brotherhood. That damn evil Old Assad even rebuilt Hama on purpose after that uprising. Seems like odd behavior for someone hell-bent on ‘systematic killing’ of the opposition. Hama would have been their headquarters at the time – shouldn’t Old Assad have killed a few hundred thousand of them?
The only thing consistent between the rule of Old Assad and New Assad is the propaganda campaign by the US and Israeli calling for the destruction and partitioning of the Syrian state (with a little land/resource theft from it on the side). Muslim extremists have ALWAYS been used by the US to destroy Syria from within starting with Old Assad. It damn sure didn’t just start in 2012 and it probably started well before the CIA’s manufactured 1982 Hama uprising.
US is totally evil. It is the modern Babel. But that doesn’t mean that every dictator that goes against them is good.
Frankly, whether either Assad is bad or good is none of the US’s damn business. Syria HAS NEVER BEEN a threat to US national security. Neither was Iraq, Afghanistan or Libya, and neither is Iran or Yemen.
The US leaders that perpetrated those wars are absolute traitors to the U.S. Constitution and guilty of sedition and treason. They have sent thousands of US troops to their deaths and it hasn’t made me or anyone else one bit more secure. In fact, it has done just the opposite. If I were the dictator here, I would frog-march those bastards to the nearest airport, strip them of their U.S citizenship and all assets, then give them a one-way ticket to their choice of either Israel or Saudi Arabia. Then I would put out standing orders to shoot them on sight if they ever step foot on U.S. soil anywhere ever again.
WE will see them in court—ICC, ICJ or world tribunal, if I have anything to say about it!!! AND I DO.
KiraSeer
Do not underestimate the madness.
jajaja que sigan matando a los perros de los yanquis
The Kurdish people from all four states need to determine what their goal is. Do they want a united independent Kurdish state, made from Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Iran, or do the Kurdish people of each country want a more or less autonomous region in that state? Because their actions now will have consequences for their future goal.
After ISIS and the rebels are gone, Assad will retake all the SDF areas in a few days just the same way Iraq retook Kirkuk in a day, despite the Kurds thinking they were invincible and that the US would save them.
Great points to think about.
Kirkuk shows the Kurds are confused. They used to fight so fiercely when they were defending their homesteads from ISIS. But wandering around dazed and waiting for orders from Zionist plants and US generals about where to act as cannon fodder or walk off the edge of the map doesn’t help morale.
