The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have captured the 17th Division Base and launched an advance on the sugar factory north of Raqqah. Meanwhile, the SDF has continued clashing wiith ISIS terrorists in the eastern and western part of the city.
The southern flank of Raqqah remains open for ISIS terrorists withdrawing from the besieged city to other frontlines in Syria.
