Unidentified persons threw a grenade into the Kiev office of “Right Sector”, the banned in Russia organization; there were no casualties, television channel “112 Ukraine” reports .

“The explosion took place In Obolon (Kiev district – Ed .), on Mayorov street at around 3:30 AM (the same as Moscow time). A grenade was thrown into the office of “Right Sector” , which is located on the first floor of the building,” – said the TV channel .

According to the channel, four men in a car with Kiev license plates were arrested.

“Security Service and the police immediately responded, promptly arrested and detained them, but their connections with the organization is not confirmed. There were no casualties ,” – said the TV channel.

RIA Novosti does not have any comments from the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, Security Service, or from “Right Sector” There are no reports on the case neither on the website of the Interior Ministry and Security Service, nor on the website of “Right Sector”.

“Right Sector” is a Ukrainian association of radical nationalist organizations. In January and February 2014, their gunmen clashed with the police and took active part in the seizure of administrative buildings. In April they played an active role in the suppression of protests in eastern Ukraine. In November 2014 the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the right radical union as an extremist organization and banned its activities in Russia.
