Austrian police has saved twenty-four Afghans who were locked inside a van barely on highways on the outskirts of Vienna on Wednesday. The migrants avoided suffocation.
The police have increased such patrols to find human traffickers who are exploiting the despair of thousands of migrants, many of whom are trying to flee war in the Middle East and plan to seek asylum in Europe.
We remember, Austrian police found a truck containing up to 50 decomposing corpses of migrants on August 27.
