The last banch of militants and their families are leaving the al-Waer district in the city of Homs under a deal with the Syrian government.

As soon as they leave the area, the district will be under a full control of the government forces. The Russian Military Police is also spotted in the area. It helps to keep security during the implementation of the deal.

I have mentioned before. ISIS are USA led Co. forces operating in Syria and in Iraq. Now ISIS protecting Al Tanif base.

ISIS have created buffer zone between Syria and Iraq. Now ISIS will change their uniform and will put on of USA and Co. military force uniform.

There in Syria and in Iraq some 150,000 ISIS terrorists. Now tell me where they gone.

This war lasts – people get killed – however, question is reasonable to ask, but if: we had and have any reliable source on real numbers. I don’t think we have and ever had.

I remember report on 2nd fall of Palmira. ISIS stormed SAA/Russian forces with 4-5k man power, if I’m right. It gives nice insight what number mean in such situation (if that was real number, and if anyone could know exact number)

my guess is they are falling-in-line in some banks in Saudi Arabia for their salaries and allowances.

Where have they gone? I have asked myself this for months now. ISIS needs a new area to operate in now. The scribbling is advancing on the wall and they are not a group that waits around for ideas and permission. Further, their leader was reported to have been captured, has has gone MIA for a while now, yet they have not missed a beat on the battlefield.

My opinion is that they are setting up something in other parts ( plural ) of the world. It would not be surprising for them to pop up in numbers and with strength ready to gradually exert control over different places. I think they will probably increase pressure in countries, even the US, that would have been unthinkable at this point.

In short, they are rolling out under cover of the last stands being made now. Your question is a good one, way outside the box of the current news cycle. I wish you well Stephen.
