The Syrian government forces continued successfull advances in the northern part of Aleppo.
On October 14, the Syrian army, the National Defense Forces (NDF) and Liwa al-Quds (a pro-government Paletsninian militia), supported by the Syrian Arab Air Force, took control of the agriculture school, localted south of Tall Asfar, and reached the ”Youth Housing” north of the Hanano Housing. The advances were made after the army, the NDF and Liwa al-Quds had secured Tall Asfar, al-Manasher Brij and Inzarat.
This success allowed the government forces to continue advances in the direction of Ayn at-Tal and Haydariyah neighborhoods. On October 15, the army, the NDF and Liwa al-Quds reportedly reached the strategic Ba’edin roundabout southwest of Inzarat and launched a separate operation in order to take control of Jabal Badro. This will allow to flank the miltiant forces deployed in the Hanano Housing.
Meanwhile, the army and Hezbollah are developing an advance in the Bostan al-Pasha Neighborhood. Pro-government sources say that they have been able to take control of a number of building blocks in the area since yesteday. If Bostan al-Pasha falls into the hands of government, the Syrian military will be able to attack the rear of Jaish al-Fatah’s positions in northern Aleppo.

Aleppo is a big city and it took months to achieve that.
