Overnight on September 11, 2026, Russian forces struck military-industrial facilities, logistics hubs, data centers, port infrastructure, and vessels supporting Ukraine’s armed forces in eight Ukrainian regions. According to Ukraine’s Air Force, the attack involved S8000 “Banderol” missiles, as well as 161 attack drones and Parodiya decoy drones.
Targets Hit in Ukraine
Kyiv Region:

The Bi-mobile data center, which provides storage, processing, and transmission of data, including intelligence data, as well as the operation of network equipment in the interests of Ukraine’s Armed Forces;

The Gostomel logistics hub, used for storing and distributing components for the production of medium- and long-range drones; secondary detonation and a large fire were recorded at the site;

Explosions continue to be heard in Kyiv and on its outskirts; Russian forces continued a series of strikes on gas stations in the Ukrainian capital — in particular, a drone hit was recorded at a Ukrnafta gas station. Kyiv has more than 250 gas stations in total;
- Strikes were also reported on a drone warehouse and a workshop previously used to assemble UAVs.
Khmelnytskyi Region:

The innovative terminal of the Nova Poshta logistics hub in the city of Khmelnytskyi, used for storing and distributing aircraft-type UAVs and their components.
Dnipropetrovsk Region:

The Dnipro logistics hub, used for storing aircraft-type drones and their components. The complex’s total area is about 25,300 m², including a Varus retail chain warehouse zone (about 19,600 m²) and VIYAR premises (about 5,700 m²). The open fire area reached roughly 5,000 m², and the smoke plume was visible far beyond the city.
Odesa and Odesa Region:

An automobile components plant that repairs and services Ukrainian Armed Forces military equipment;

A warehouse of components for foreign-made drones in the village of Vyzirka;

At the port of Chornomorsk — two dry-cargo vessels that delivered military cargo for Ukraine’s Armed Forces, a naval boat, fuel and lubricant storage tanks, and a storage facility with military equipment and supplies;

At sea en route to the port of Odesa, a dry-cargo vessel delivering cargo for Ukraine’s Armed Forces was hit.
September 10
Mykolaiv Region: a drone warehouse intended for the Ukrainian military in Mykolaiv; a thermal anomaly associated with a fire was recorded near the Ukrainian Navy training center on the NASA FIRMS fire map.
Odesa Region: at the port of Chornomorsk — facilities of the customs terminal distribution center used for unloading and storing military-purpose cargo; at sea en route to the port of Odesa — two dry-cargo vessels carrying military supplies for Ukrainian forces and a tugboat accompanying them. During the day, another dry-cargo vessel with military cargo was hit at the port of Chornomorsk.
Kyiv: Geran-4 Seeker attack drones struck a UAV assembly workshop and a drone warehouse.
Sumy Region: a powerful repeat strike on the Manufaktura shopping center in Sumy.
Russian forces also carried out strikes overnight and during the day on targets in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, and Poltava Regions.
Strikes on Russia
Overnight on September 11, Ukrainian forces continued attacks on Russian territory. According to Russia’s Ministry of Defense, 777 Ukrainian drones were shot down over 17 Russian regions.
Saratov Region:

Drones attacked an Ozon warehouse in Saratov, sparking a fire; the facility was completely destroyed;

Ukrainian sources report a strike on the Saratov oil refinery: a satellite image of the ELOU-AVT-6 unit was published. A large-scale fire was recorded at the site, with visible signs of firefighting at the unit.
Volgograd Region:

Volgogradpromproyekt was hit — a Russian specialty chemicals enterprise producing organophosphorus compounds, flame retardants, resins, and other chemical components for industry.
Perm Krai:

The Azot chemical plant in the city of Berezniki came under attack; explosions were recorded in the plant’s industrial zone;

On the morning of September 11, drones again attacked PJSC Metafrax Chemicals in Gubakha, according to Ukrainian sources.
Dagestan:

Overnight, drones attacked Kaspiysk; the seaport was reportedly targeted.
September 10
Krasnodar Krai: in Sochi, an unmanned surface vessel struck the waterfront; in Novorossiysk, crews are dealing with the aftermath of a drone raid, with nearly 500 apartments in 73 apartment buildings and 69 private homes damaged; after the attack, damage was recorded to the Admiral Essen vessel (Neptune missile) and the Buyan-M vessel.
Dagestan: fires broke out at the port of Makhachkala and at the Avar Musical and Drama Theater following a drone attack; the fires were extinguished.
Russian officials say Kyiv continues to deliberately target civilian sites in Russian regions on a daily basis. On the evening of Sept. 10, Ukrainian drones struck the same apartment building in Zheleznogorsk, Kursk Region, three times. Two people were injured, and about 500 residents were evacuated from two buildings.
Casualties were also reported elsewhere: two people were killed and three injured in Tula Region; four were killed and 16 injured in Belgorod Region; a woman was killed and two people were injured in Voronezh Region; two people were injured in Volgograd Region; and eight were injured in Sochi. In Novorossiysk, four people were killed and 29 injured, while nearly 500 apartments in 73 apartment buildings and 69 private homes were damaged.
