The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed on June 10 that a hit was recorded at the Ramat David Air Base during the latest escalation with Iran.
A spokesperson for the IDF described the area hit within the air base as “non-significant,” and noted the military is currently investigating whether it was shrapnel or a direct impact, with the assessment being that it was large shrapnel. There were no casualties and no property damage, according to the spokesperson.
A satellite image published by Soar company and taken on June 8 in low resolution was shown in comparison to an image from June 5 – and what appears to be an impact can be seen in the location where the hangar is situated.
Iran launched around 30 ballistic missiles in several waves between June 7 and 8. Ramat David Air Base was named among the targets.
The attack came in response to earlier Israeli strikes on the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut – a stronghold of Hezbollah, which is a close ally of the Islamic Republic.
The IDF launched dozens of retaliatory strikes against Iran, and after the clash came to an end it claimed that all ballistic missiles launched at Israel were intercepted.
Ramat David is the Israeli Air Force’s northernmost air base, located 20 kilometers to the southeast of the port city of Haifa. The base has has three runways, each about 2.5 kilometer long, and a heliport. It has three fighter jet squadrons, a helicopter squadron, and two drone squadrons – specialised in electronic warfare.
The confirmation of the impact in the air base does not just prove that the IDF provided false details on the results of the latest Iranian missile attack, but also shows that Israel’s multi-tired air defense system – which was reportedly depleted to a serious extent during the war on Iran – is still incapable of offering complete protection against attacks from the Islamic Republic.

but didn’t iran only fire 4 missiles which were all intercepted? centcom full of bs like always.
if russia’s betrayal of syria destroys iran and hezbollah, i will personally pay the ukrainians to eliminate putler, assad, and al-hassan. understand this however you want. even if it means i have to sell the house, garden, and field.
yes, syria again ? how nice you mention al quedas role
the isreali apartheid regime deny the iranian attacks are hurting because the reality isn’t of interest to them. what matters are the dreams of the ‘chosen ones’. zionists everywhere are desperate for this ‘greater isreal’ so they can go claim a piece of land that was robbed from someone else. unfortunately the ‘greater isreal’ project has hit a brick wall that not even the usadmin can do anything about.
the helicopter story was a false flag fabrication. sahid drone caught in an apache without explosion. us drone boat rescue of pilots while under irans watch ? not possible
the is little or no possibility of truth in legacy media today. period. next year the analysts and historians may be able to speak openly? maybe
