The Kurdish Peshermga has launched an offensive southeast of the Iraqi city of Mosul, controlled by the ISIS terrorist group. This advance is a par of the ongoing US-backed operations to retake the last major Iraqi city from ISIS.
Kurdish units have seized Qaraqash, Abzakh and several others villages from the terrorist group.
