On December 29, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
14 of the videos show a series of drone attacks from several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
While most of the videos show attacks on Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, one released by the Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies “Rubicon” show a series of strikes on energy facilities supplying Kiev forces, including 18 transformer substations, three wind generators, a fuel tank and a power line.
One more video shows attacks with TOS thermobaric rocket launchers on Ukrainian fortifications near the settlements of Riasne and Staritsa in the directions of Sumy and Kharkiv.
Another video shows recent airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs that hit fortifications of Kiev forces in the Kherson direction
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “at temporary deployment areas of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) and foreign mercenaries in 153 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses shot down during the same period two Grom tactical ballistic missiles and at least 140 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 669 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 105,805 drones, 641 air defense systems, 26,775 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,634 multiple rocket launchers, 32,240 artillery pieces, and 50,291 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
