On December 23, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
14 of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
One more video shows artillery strikes that targeted fortifications of Kiev forces in a forest near the settlement of Starytsya in the direction of Kharkiv.
Another video from Kharkiv, shows airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs on Ukraine positions in an unspecified area near the settlement of Vovchansk.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “port and transport infrastructure facilities used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, long-range unmanned aerial vehicle command posts, temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations, nationalists, and foreign mercenaries in 140 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also noted that Russian air defenses shot down one guided aerial bomb and 56 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 669 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 104,146 drones, 640 air defense systems, 26,668 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,634 multiple rocket launchers, 32,097 artillery pieces, and 49,801 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
