Germany: Explosion Outside Refugee Reception Centre in Zirndorf near Nuremberg

An  explosion rocked near a migrant center in Zirndorf in northern Bavaria on July 27, local media reported.

German police denied reports of an explosion near the facility and called it an “incident.”

“No explosion, no injuries,” police said on an official Twitter account.

The police was searching the area for two people seen with the exploded suitcase shortly before the incident. Reports described them as a man “of Mediterranean appearance” in his 30s, and a slim woman aged around 25.
