This latest advance continues Russia’s methodical push along the Dnepropetrovsk border, with Ukrainian military maps confirming Russian advance. Ukrainian sources reported that Russian forces have now secured the entire Bogatyr-Alekseevka pocket in neighboring Donetsk after two months of fighting. The breakthrough establishes nearly continuous Russian control along the administrative border south of Pokrovsk.
