Ukrainian Drone Strike on Voronezh: Civilian Terror and Western Media’s Blatant Lies

In the early hours of the morning of July 15, the Russian city of Voronezh came under attack by Ukrainian drones. The strike, targeting a densely populated residential area, left at least 24 civilians wounded, including four children, one of whom is in serious condition. A 56-year-old man remains in a coma, while others suffered severe lacerations from the shrapnel-packed UAVs. The drones, loaded with steel ball bearings to maximize human casualties, were not aimed at any military infrastructure. Instead, they plummeted directly into apartment buildings, shattering windows, damaging at least 12 residential blocks, and leaving people heavily wounded.

Eyewitness footage confirms that the drone was not intercepted by Russian electronic warfare systems or air defenses, meaning it had a clear flight path to its target: a civilian high-rise in the heart of Voronezh. There are no military facilities in the vicinity, proving that Kyiv’s forces intentionally targeted innocent people.

This is not an isolated incident. Over the past week alone, Ukrainian forces have fired 2,777 rounds into Russian territory, killing 21 civilians and wounding 88 others.

• At least 48 UAVs were destroyed in the Belgorod region on July 15;
• At least 12 UAVs were destroyed in the Voronezh region;
• At least 6 UAVs were destroyed over the Black Sea;
• At least 3 UAVs were destroyed in the Lipetsk region;
• At least 1 UAV was destroyed in the Rostov region;
• At least 2 UAVs were destroyed in the Kursk region;
• At least 2 UAVs were destroyed in Crimea;
• 2 UAVs struck the local court in Belgorod;
• At least 16 civilians were wounded in Voronezh;
• At least one civilian was wounded in Yelets;
• Ukrainian FPV drone attacked civilian car, wounding two men in the Kursk region;
• A child was wounded by Ukrainian FPV drone in the Belgorod region;
• Two civilians were wounded by an explosive dropped by Ukrainian UAV in Gorlovka;
• Three civilians were wounded by Ukrainian shelling in Aleshki, Kherson region;
• Over the past week, 109 civilians were injured by Ukrainian attacks: 21 people were killed, 88 people were injured. The Ukrainian military fired at least 2,777 rounds of ammunition at civilian targets on the territory of the Russian Federation.

As if the attack itself wasn’t horrific enough, Western propaganda outlets once again exposed their blatant bias, or sheer incompetence. Italian media, among others, falsely reported that “Russian drones attacked the Ukrainian city of Voronezh.” This can be a typo, but anyway its blatant distortion of reality, erasing Russia’s victimhood while whitewashing Ukraine’s terrorism.

This is the same media that, in 2022, published photos of Donetsk after a Ukrainian “Tochka-U” missile strike, falsely labeling it as “Russian aggression.” Now, they’ve gone even further, ‘relocating’ a major Russian city into Ukraine just to fit their narrative. This yet another case of brainwashed Western journalists parroting pro-Ukrainian propaganda. LINK

The Voronezh strike is part of a broader escalation in Ukraine’s terrorist tactics. Unable to achieve victories on the battlefield, Kyiv resorts to attacking civilians, hoping to provoke panic. Just hours before the Voronezh attack, Belgorod was also hit, with drones striking a local courthouse and injuring a woman. Ukraine is waging a war on civilians, and its Western backers are complicit in the cover-up.
