The Kiev regime continues to neglect the agreement on suspension of mutual strikes on energy infrastructure.
Moscow and Washington agreed on a list of Russian and Ukrainian facilities subject to a temporary moratorium on attacks on the energy systems. The agreement suspends the strikes for a period of 30 days starting on March 18, with the possible extension of moratorium or termination in case of violation of its terms by one of the parties.
The list of energy facilities includes:
- oil refineries;
- oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations;
- electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers and distributors;
- nuclear power plants;
- dams of hydroelectric power plants.
In his public claims, Zelensky de facto acknowledged that Kiev agreed with the energy deal, and he even did not forget to threaten Moscow with US sanctions if Russia the truce regime”.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation continues to record Kiev’s daily attempts to attack Russian energy facilities.
On the night of March 26, two Ukrainian attack UAVs were shot down by Russian air defense systems on duty off the coast of Crimea near Cape Tarkhankut. The target of Ukrainian drones was again the ground facilities of the Glebovsky underground gas storage facility. This is the third Ukrainian attempt to reach this facility in recent days.

In addition, as a result of Ukrainian drone strike on an energy facility of ROSSETI Center – Kurskenergo in the Kursk region on the afternoon of March 25, a shutdown of a number of substations occurred, as a result of which more than 4 thousand consumers of the Khomutovsky district were left without electricity.
The Russian military concluded that ‘while continuing to damage Russia’s civilian energy infrastructure, the Kiev regime is actually doing its best in an attempt to disrupt the reached Russian-US agreements on step-by-step measures aimed at resolving the Ukrainian conflict.’
The moratorium works only in one direction. Despite Zelensky’s attempts to hide the truth and play the diplomacy, the puppet Kiev is trying its best to prolong the bloodshed and disrupt any agreements. However, the Kremlin is not following Ukrainian provocations.
The Kremlin highlights that Putin’s ban on attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities is in effect despite the Ukrainian attacks on the Russian energy system.
