Offensive Continues: Russians Seriously Threaten Ukrainian Supply Routes In Kurakhovo

The Russian army continues its offensive in Donbass, gradually forcing Ukrainian troops to retreat. The main events are taking place near the towns of Kurakhovo and Selidovo to the west and northwest of Donetsk. The operational crisis of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this area threatens to turn into a strategic crisis. The offensive on Kurakhovo is coming from three sides – east, south and north. Moreover, the Russians are covering a wide front and advancing at a pace not seen since the summer of 2022.

Over the past 24 hours, as a result of offensive actions, the soldiers of the 80th Guards Tank Regiment of the Center Group have reportedly established control over the village of Novoalexeevka, 4 kilometers west of Selidovo. LINK The village is located 8 kilometers from an important logistical route connecting Pokrovsk with the settlements of Andreevka and Konstantinopol. It is in the Konstantinopol area that the Russians are attacking in an attempt to cut off supplies to the Kurakhovo garrison. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Ukrainian troops have suffered significant losses in the area of operation of the Center Group operating in these directions:

The Russian Armed Forces defeated the personnel and equipment of the 32nd and 110th mechanized, 59th motorized infantry, 25th airborne, 68th Yeager brigades of the AFU, the 35th naval brigade, the 101st, 117th and 119th brigades of the National Guard, the 12th and 14th brigades of the National Guard in the areas of Dimitrov and Dzerzhinsk, 12th and 14th brigades of the National Guard in the areas of Dimitrov, Baranovka, Kleban-Byk, Dyleevka, Novoselidovka, Dzerzhinsk, Berestki, Shcherbinovka, Mirolubovka, Shevchenko and Nelepovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

10 counter-attacks of formations of the 35th, 93rd, 100th, 117th mechanized, 152nd Yeager brigades, 49th and 425th assault battalions of the AFU and 37th marine brigade were repulsed. The enemy lost over 420 servicemen, one M113 armored personnel carrier and one US HMMWV armored fighting vehicle, one Kozak armored fighting vehicle, three pickup trucks, one 152mm MSTA-B howitzer, one 152mm D-20 gun, one 122mm Gvozdika self-propelled artillery unit, two 122mm D-30 howitzers and one 100mm Rapira gun.

According to Ukrainian OSINT, the Russian army is only 6 kilometers from the village of Rozliv. When this village falls under their control, the supply to Ukrainian forces in Kurakhovo from the west will be cut off, which could lead to the retreat or surrender of the units deployed there.

 

 

The offensive of the Russian Northern group of troops is developing steadily. According to objective control data, the Russian troops are already advancing in the northern part of the village of Terny in the area of Tsentralnaya Street.

The Russian Armed Forces defeated the personnel and equipment of the 43rd, 60th, 630th, 92nd mechanized and 3rd assault brigades of the AFU, the 115th and 125th brigades of the Territorial Defense Forces and the 1st brigade of the National Guard in the areas of the settlements of Borovskaya Andreevka, Pershotravnevoje, Kovsharovka, Senkovo, Boguslavka in the Kharkov region, Petrovskoye in the Luhansk People’s Republic, and Terny in the Donetsk region.

Four counterattacks of assault groups of the 3rd Armored Brigade and the 60th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU were repulsed. The enemy lost up to 440 soldiers, one tank, two vehicles, one 155mm howitzer M198 and one 105mm gun M119 of the USA, one 122mm howitzer D-30 and two UK-made 105mm guns L-119. Three ammunition dumps and one Anklav-N electronic warfare station were destroyed.

Russian artillery and rocket strikes continue pounding the area of concentration of Ukrainian military personnel and equipment in the rear of the Kursk group, which is painful for Ukraine. A strike was carried out 20 kilometers from the State border near the village of Kiyanitsy (Sumy region) against the reserves that were preparing to move to the Sudzha area. According to preliminary reports, Ukrainain losses amounted to 10 armoured fighting vehicles, 3 M2 Bradley, 2 tanks, 2 2S1 Gvozdika, 1 9K33 Osa, 10 vehicles and 60 soldiers and officers.

kursk will prove to be a collossal mistake leaving the eastern front with reduced defensive capabilities. zelensky has like hitler proven himself to be less of a general. the end is nigh! and the ukies won’t be able ro raise an additional 500000 conscripts for 2025 and it’s too late for nato to jump into the fray trying to save ukraine and cargill’s and blackrock’s investments in ukraine. the russians are just too good for the silly kindergarten that is nato!
