Grinded In Cauldron Ukrainian Troops Retreat In Large Groups In Kursk Region

Illustrative Image

As a result of the recent Russian rapid advance in different directions in the border Kursk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were forced to abandon their lines of defense and retreat. After Russian attacks in the area of Lyubimovka towards Novoivanovka, a large Ukrainian group was captured in a cauldron near the village of Tolsty Lug.

At the moment, the Russian military controls most of Lyubimovka, Daryino, Novoivanovka. Battles continue in Zeleny Shlyakh. Hundreds of Ukrainian troops were  surrounded in Tolsty Lug and all their manoeuvres were complicated by the river to the east. Some Ukrainian forces are still present on the outskirts of Lyubimovka.

Abrams tank in action:

In an attempt to release the encircled grouping, the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent reinforcements to the area. They helped to stop the further Russian advance. Now, Ukrainian forces attempt counterattacks in Leonidovka. The first US-made M1A1 SA Abrams tanks were spotted in battles near Novoivanovka. But no reinforcement helped the Ukrainian military to release the surrounded forces.

Ukrainian units retreat:

The exact areas of control in Lyubimovka and Tolsty Lug remain unclear but the newly released footage shows Ukrainian units abandoning their military positions and escaping under Russian fire.

According to the most recent reports from the battlefield, Ukrainian servicemen are lost and can no longer understand which positions are under their control and which are lost. As a result, there are cases of friendly fire.

you are a conspirationist. cnn told me that foreign soldiers are only ‘military counselors’

See the difference?

well, if there really are any ‘counselors’ there from north korea, they go there to learn how to win from the russians, as opposed to their western counterparts going there to teach the ukrainians how to lose.

it was sarcastic, genius.

a few thousand ukro troops with a few dozent tanks and ifws still in kursk region controlling some 500 km2.
russian recon, lancet and fps drones should not allow such ukro armor movements without beeing attacked.

it looks no nato vehicles or soldiers will return from kursk anyway but the abrams tanks could certainly be wiped out by choppers rightaway🚁🚁🚁 everything that is neutralized now cannot be used to defend sumy ✌️

peacenow

where the retreat, looks like ukr are destroying kursk and yesterday ukr gain more land in kursk. foreign tank and ukr soldiers just watched by russ drone on home soil and no action being taken. seems like not enough equip and manpower. end of oct and ukr are still in kursk.

not as though they can go anywhere else, whilst russia frees more old russian territory that was loaned to ukraine.

Rudolf Schuster

“kursk maps show russian forces slice across ukraine’s foothold”. that is from newsweek. today. even the us propaganda organs are admitting the scope of the disaster in the failed terror raid into kursk. thanks for derping.

Mike

i keep hearing russia had air supremacy starting two years ago. how is it possible that these useful idiots of the ziomafia parasites from ukraine walk around, drive around and use their tanks while no helicopter or fighter jet is anywhere in sight to get rid of them? can you imagine anyone doing this on us territory? they would be obliterated in minutes.

you must be talking to people as stupid as you. ukraine is full of modern anti-aircraft missiles, particularly manpads. the vulnerability of aircraft to manpads was proven almost sixty years ago in vietnam.
