Ukrainians had another sleepless night. The Russian military launched the third massive attack on the Ukrainian military and infrastructure facilities in a row.
On the night of March 25, Russian drones and missiles struck targets in the Odessa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Zaporozhie rear region. On the morning, a surprise attack targeted the capital of Ukraine Kiev.
A series of explosions thundered in the city of Odessa and its region. As a result of the strikes, the local energy infrastructure facilities, which provide for the needs of the military entreprises, were damaged. The region was partially de-energized.
More Russian strikes destroyed targets in the city of Mykolaiv and its region. According to the local reports, the targets included facilities of the military-industrial complex, port infrastructure, and facilities of the local airfield.
More military targets were destroyed by precision strikes in the war-torn Kherson and Zaporozhie regions.
In the morning hours, the capital Kiev came under a large Russian attack. About a dozen explosions thundered in the city.
The local residents largely shared photos of a building destroyed in the Pechersk district of the city. The Kiev authorities reported that as a result of a missile strike, the Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts was destroyed. It is clear that the educational facility was used by Ukrainian law enforcement agencies.
Ukrainian media confirmed, citing sources in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) that the destroyed three-storey building was used by the SBU and SBU officers were there during the strike.

The Ukrainian side rarely acknowledges its real losses. Thus, reports by Ukrainian sources are hard to be trusted. Various Ukrainian and Russian independent analysts supposed that the building was used by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR).
Highly likely, the precision strike destroyed one of decision making centers of the terrorist Kiev regime, which is responsible for numerous terrorist attacks in Russia, likely including the horrific attack in the Crocus City Hall in Moscow on March 22.
According to Ukrainian sources, explosions also thundered in the area of Zhuliany airport in Kiev, where the precious US-made Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems were deployed. Two Patriot launchers were reportedly destroyed, but the reports are yet to be confirmed.

The morning attack on the capital was a surprise for the Ukrainian military. The Ukrainian side did not report about the take off of Russian strategic aircraft in Russia. Air-raid sirens sounded only after the targets in the city were struck. This confirms the claims of the Kiev officials that the Russian military used its hypersonic missiles for the attack.
Russia has reportedly launched hypersonic Zircon missiles or upgraded Onyx missiles, which no existing air defense system can yet cope with.
According to the Ukrainian monitoring sources, the missiles were launched from the ground-based launchers in Crimea. The missiles reportedly covered a distance of 580 km in 3 minutes, which allowed to estimate the speed of the missiles as 11600 km/h. The officially declared speed of Zircon is up to 11025 km/h.
In February, 2024, there were reports about the strikes of the Russian Zircon hypersonic missiles in Kiev.
The deployment of the advanced hypersonic missiles is a clear sign to the terrorist Kiev regime. Today’s strikes in Kiev may mark the beginning of Russian devastating precision strikes on the Ukrainian decision-making centers in response to Kiev’s terrorist attacks.
