Today, CNN citing Taliban reported that the US Secretary of State John Kerry was the target in Afghan capital on Saturday’s attack.
According to the report, Kerry went to Kabul for talks on the unity government that has been suffering internal clashes and corruption accusations.
The Afghan government spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said that the attacks occurred just after John Kerry left Afghanistan but no casualties was reported in that strike although he was the intended target.
