- On June 28, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 5 times: 2 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Latakia province, 1 – in Hama province, 1 – in Aleppo province;
- On June 28, HTS arrested 17 people from a protest camp set up against HTS in Sarmada town. The protesters demanded the release of detainees;
- On June 28, an explosion was reported in the area of Amuda.
