- On October 30, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 6 times: 1 – in Latakia province, 1 – in Aleppo province, 4 – in Idlib province;
- On October 31, the Turkish Army established a military point on the Kafr Nubl – Al-Bara road;
- On October 30, the Turkish Army installed cement blocks next to the Tel Selur bridge in the Jendires countryside;
- On October 31, the Russian Military Police and Turkish forces conducted a joint patrol in the countryside of the city of Ain al-Arab.
