- On August 4, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 4 times: 1 – in Lattakia province, 3 – in Aleppo province;
- On August 3, Russian military sent reinforcement to the Ain Issa area;
- On August 3, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDD positions in the Kafr Naha area;
- On August 3, two SAA members reportedly were killed by IED explosion in the Rasafah area;
- On August 3, an SAA officer was killed by unknown gunmen near the town of Jbab.
