Solution for site is to find a advertizer from China, India, Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Africa or even Brazil. These countries have solid economical positions and do not impose sanctions against Russia. maybe is somewhat hard to find, but into a IT professional world I am sure exist sites for advesting offers.
