On February 13, ISIS’ news agency, Amaq, released horrific footage showing the execution of a man who allegedly spied on the terrorist group’s cells in the Sinai Peninsula for the Egyptian military.

The terrorists abducted the man from his workplace near the city of Bir al-Abd in the northern part of Sinai. Amaq didn’t clarify when or where the execution took place.

In Amaq’s footage, the man, who identified himself as 40-year-old Abdel Alem Mohamed Sayed Hassan Hammoud, said had that he collected information on ISIS and handed over a member of the group to Egyptian military. The man was executed with a bullet to the head.
