- On November 23, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 11 times: 1- in Idlib province, 1 – in Hama province, 9 – in Aleppo province;
- On November 22, an explosion was reported in the city of Deir Ezzor. Several SAA members reportedly were killed and wounded;
- On November 22, Russian warplanes attacked positions of Turkish-backed forces in Kafr Takharim area;
- On November 22, Russian warplanes attacked positions of Turkish-backed forces in Kabani area.
