• On July 23, the US aircraft attacked Al-Shabaab militants in the Galmudug State near the town of Qeycad.
• 60 Al-Shabaab militants were killed in an airstrike followed by an operation carried out by the country’s special forces near Qayacad and Hararidhere, according to the Somalia’s Galmudug officials.
