A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Pro-militant sources claim that a US soldier was killed and several SDF members were killed in an attack by ISIS cells on the eastern bank of the Euphrates;
- Additional units of the Syrian Army deployed in the area of Saraqib;
- An infighting among Turkish-backed militants was reported in Ras al-Ayn;
- A large US military convoy entered Syria via the al-Walid border crossing;
- ISIS cells reportedly attacked positions of the Syrian Army near the city of Deir Ezzor.
