In the city of Krasnodar, security forces detained an ISIS supporter that was plotting a terrorist attack, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported on March 27. An improvised explosive device belonging to the terrorist was seized on the site.
According to reprots, the terrorist was also in touch with ISIS members abroad.
