WikiLeaks has announced a plan to reveal a new collection of reports and documents on the US National Security Agency, concerning its alleged interception of communications within the French government over the last ten years.
The whistleblowing team headed by Julian Assange published the first batch of documents proving that the NSA targeted high-level officials in Paris for a decade on their website on Tuesday.
Among the key persons marking the list are French presidents Francois Hollande, Nicolas Sarkozy and Jacques Chirac, as well as cabinet ministers and the French Ambassador to the United States.

The Minsk agreements on Ukraine crisis reconciliation, which have no alternatives, must be fully implemented, including the political aspects outlining constitutional reforms, said Russian FM Sergey Lavrov after the Normandy Four group ministers’ meeting.
France and Germany both agree that there is no alternative to the peace agreement reached in Minsk back in February, Lavrov said after meeting with his counterparts on Tuesday.

Colombian military participated in the killing of thousands of innocent civilians to report them as rebel fighters, in an attempt to show battlefield success, a rights group said Wednesday.
“Prosecutors are investigating at least 3,000 of these cases, in which army troops under pressure to boost body counts in their war against armed guerrilla groups killed civilians and reported them as combat fatalities,” Human Rights Watch (HRW) said in a report.

- ISIL Minting Own Gold Coins to Break Free of ‘Satanic’ Global Economy
Photos of gold sovereigns with a stated value of $139 each were posted online on Tuesday night by Abu Ibrahim Raqqawi, an anti-ISIL activist living in Syria’s Raqqa which came under full Islamic State control last year.
Raqqawi said the radical Sunni militant group planned to start circulating what it calls “Islamic dinar” coins soon.

- Child Suicide Bomber Kills 10 in Nigeria Market Attack
A suicide bomber, believed to be about 12, blew herself up in a market in northeast Nigeria’s insurgency-plagued Yobe state, residents and medics said. The blast Tuesday killed 10 people and injured more than 30 others.
Yobe state has repeatedly come under attack by Boko Haram militants. A day earlier, a 17-year old girl killed 20 people and injured 50 in a suicide attack on a bus station in neighboring Madiguri, the capital of the state of Borno.
