The Ukrainian military complained that Russian forces are now launching 16 times more bombs on Ukrainian positions than they did a year ago. According to the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Gavrilyuk, over 3,500 Russian bombs were dropped in 77 days in 2024.
According to the Ukrainian statistics, an average of about 45 bombs per day are dropped on the Ukrainian military.
The Ukrainian military sources reported a significant increase in the intensity of Russian airstrikes in the Ukrainian border Sumy and Chernihiv regions. About 200 Russian aerial bombs have reportedly struck the targets in the Sumy region alone in a week. X-59 aviation missiles are also actively used.
The Ukrainians are surprised that the Russian Aerospace Forces respond with massive strikes to the ongoing attempts to cross the Russian border and launch attacks from the same Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
On March 19, the Russian Ministry of Defense showed the destruction of another temporary deployment point of Ukrainian militants in the village of Ryzhevka, Sumy region, with aerial bombs with universal planning and correction modules:

The Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Defense also complained that Russia prevails in the artillery fire. Moscow has assessed the current production capabilities of Ukraine and its allied countries and is using its advantage in ammunition, without reducing the intensity of fire. According to him, this year the advantage of Russians in artillery fire along the front line is 7:1.

the biggest mistake was providing ukraine with cluster bombs opening the way for russia to use them as they have tons of them. sad part of this war is that all the countries that are involved in the ukrainian conflict, the liberal left and democrats are the ones fueling the war where in the past they would be out in the streets protesting against it and demanding diplomatic solution.

yemen announced they have hyper-sonic missiles. just 4 countries in the world did the same before, so yemeny missiles obviously from one of these countries. i guess it was iran, but its latest success in missile technologies (in dprk also) can be directly connected with russia. can’t wait the first combat usage on a ship.
comparing to gaza, russian army don’t use any bombs at all. kiev is pretty intact but gaza was leveled to the ground 10 times, including hospitals. russians are fighting not against ukraine and nato “partners”, they are fighting more or less with themselves and their zero self-esteem
