Al-Masdar reported, today 133 terrorists have surrendered to government forces according to SANA. They were all located in Talbiseh and al-Rastan in rural Homs as well as a number of neighborhoods in Homs city. It has not been revealed yet from which group the surrendered militants belong too. Their legal status has been finalized and follows on from 23 people wo surrendered last week in Hama, Homs, Aleppo, Latakia and Idlib provinces according to SANA.
