11 Killed, 36 Injured in Car Bombing in Istanbul

At least 11 people were killed and 36 injured as result as a car bombing in Turkey’s Istanbul on June 7. The information about the casualties is provided by Istanbul’s governor, Vasip Sahin.

The attack took place near the city’s historic Beyazit Square neighbourhood.

According to reports, the car bomb targeted a bus with Turkish military servicemen. Shots were also reported.
